Hi, my name is Andy, welcome to my website. I am the founder of 'StansProp' property Services. I am a family man with traditional values, honest, punctual and trustworthy. I live just outside the beautiful village of Brigstock with my wife and daughter. Having served a four year apprenticeship within the construction industry covering various trades a family business has been formed to support home owners across Northamptonshire with various home maintenance, repairs or upgrades.
Whether you need a little bit of help with hanging curtains or you have a refurbishment project, you can rely on me to get the job done. Free quotes are available with many of the usually requested tasks coming with a fixed price.
I am City & Guilds Qualified and registered with both the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) ensuring you that industry standards are always met.
I keep my service vehicle well stocked with tooling most needed and carry many of the consumable items needed in order to minimise time needed off site.
All work is carried out to a high standard with all work being guaranteed. For additional peace of mind we carry full liability insurance.
